Referral Program

Overview

The Referral Program lets existing VillaTax customers earn from the people they introduce. If you already use VillaTax and recommend it to other villa owners, managers or agencies, you get your own referral link and a commission on every subscription that converts through it, managed directly from your dashboard.

How It Works

1. Open your referral dashboard: find it under Referrals in your VillaTax workspace.
2. Share your link: send it to other owners, managers or agencies who could use VillaTax.
3. Earn: when they subscribe to a paid plan, a commission is recorded against your account automatically.

Commission

You earn the same plan-based commission as our external partners:

• 15% on the Basic plan
• 20% on the Pro plan
• 25% on the Business plan

The commission is calculated on the net subscription value and credited once per referred subscription. Your dashboard shows every click, lead, conversion and validated commission in real time.

Convert or Cash Out

As an existing customer, the simplest option is to turn your earnings into VillaTax subscription credit: applied straight to your own invoices, with no transfer needed. You can also request a cash payout (bank transfer or e-wallet, processed by our team) once you pass the minimum threshold.

What It Does Not Do

The Referral Program pays a one-time commission per referred subscription; it is not a recurring monthly payout. Commissions are validated before they become payable, and credit conversion or cash payout is your choice. It is a tracking and reward layer, not an automatic disbursement system.
