Who is responsible for filing taxes when I manage a villa on behalf of an owner?

Tax obligations belong to the legal entity that owns the villa, the owner's PT, CV, or Perorangan entity, not your agency. Your role is to prepare and submit declarations on their behalf using their NPWP and DJP credentials. VillaTax's Compliance Shield service (PT ASIAH) can act as the registered tax representative (kuasa pajak) for owners who want full outsourcing, freeing you from liability exposure.

Can different team members access different owner accounts within my agency?

Team-based access control with per-organization permissions is on the roadmap. Currently, all users under your agency account can access all organizations linked to it. If you need to segregate access by client, create a separate VillaTax account per client and share credentials with the relevant team members. The multi-user role system (owner, manager, accountant, viewer) is planned for a future release.

VillaTax is designed for agencies that manage villas on behalf of multiple owners. Each owner has their own organization (legal entity, NPWP, tax obligations), and your agency account can switch between all of them from a single dashboard. Revenue, tax declarations, payroll, and compliance tracking are fully separated per owner,  you never mix data between clients. The Business plan includes multi-organization support without limits on the number of properties or owner entities you manage.

Can I generate consolidated reports across all the villas I manage?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The Reports module lets you export per-property and per-organization data, and the agency view aggregates key KPIs (occupancy, revenue, compliance scores) across your entire portfolio. Individual owner reports can be exported as PDF or CSV for client delivery. Custom white-labeled reports for clients are on the roadmap. Each export is date-stamped and scoped to the selected organization and fiscal period.

How do I onboard a new owner client into VillaTax?

Accepted Answer

Create a new organization under your agency account: enter the owner's legal structure (Perorangan, CV, PT_local, or PT_PMA), NPWP, and NIK. Then add their villa properties and configure the OTA integrations (iCal feeds). VillaTax will automatically start importing bookings and calculating tax obligations for that entity. The Fiscal Setup module must be completed for each organization to activate the tax engine.

VillaTax is priced per organization (legal entity), not per villa or per agency seat. The Business plan at $299/month covers unlimited organizations and properties, ideal for agencies with large portfolios. Each owner you onboard gets their own organization in VillaTax, with their data fully isolated. There are no per-villa or per-seat fees. Compliance Shield bundles are priced separately per organization enrolled.
