The badge reflects registration records as declared and maintained by the operator in VillaTax. It is a strong signal of structure — not an independent audit, and not a statement about tax positions.
Tax registration (NPWP)
The operating entity holds an Indonesian tax identification number on file.
Business registration (NIB)
The business identification number issued through Indonesia’s OSS system is recorded.
Building permit
A building permit reference (PBG) is registered for the property.
Current documents
The operator’s document set is maintained and up to date in their workspace.

How does booking direct work here?
Each villa page lets you send an availability request with your dates and party size. The request goes straight to the villa’s operator inside VillaTax, and they answer you directly — typically with availability, the applicable rate and next steps. There is no intermediary handling or repricing your request.
What does the “Verified operator” badge mean?
It means at least three of four registration records — tax ID (NPWP), business number (NIB), building permit, and a current document set — are held in the operator’s VillaTax workspace. It signals a structured, registered operation. It is not an independent audit.
Are the displayed prices final?
Prices shown are the manager’s base nightly rate, set by the operator themselves. Final pricing can vary with season, length of stay and services — which is exactly the kind of thing a direct conversation settles quickly and clearly.
Who answers my request?
The person or team that actually operates the villa. Because the listing is published from their management workspace, your request appears directly where they work every day — not in a separate inbox they rarely check.
Why do some villas show no price?
Some operators prefer to quote per request — common for larger estates, long stays or villas with strong seasonal variation. “Price on request” means exactly that: ask, and the manager will quote you directly.
