Partner Program

Overview

The VillaTax Partner Program rewards external partners who bring new customers to VillaTax. Influencers, property agencies, tax advisors, legal counsel, business consultants and introducers get a dedicated partner account, a personal referral link, and a commission on every subscription that converts through that link. Everything is tracked in real time, no spreadsheets, no chasing email threads.

How It Works

1. Join: sign in at the partner portal with a secure magic-link. No password to manage.
2. Share your link: generate one or more referral links and share them with your audience or clients.
3. Earn: when someone subscribes to a paid plan through your link, a commission is recorded automatically against your account.

Commission

You earn a commission on every referred subscription, scaled to the plan:

• 15% on the Basic plan
• 20% on the Pro plan
• 25% on the Business plan

The commission is calculated on the net subscription value and credited once per referred subscription. Your full pipeline (clicks, leads, conversions and validated commissions) is visible in your partner dashboard.

Getting Paid

Once your commissions are validated, you choose how to receive them:

• VillaTax subscription credit: applied directly against your own VillaTax invoices.
• Cash payout: bank transfer or e-wallet, processed by our team.

A minimum threshold per payout keeps transfers efficient, and every commission stays traceable in your dashboard with a full payout history.

What It Does Not Do

The Partner Program pays a one-time commission per referred subscription; it is not a recurring revenue-share that pays automatically every month. Payouts are reviewed and processed by our team rather than disbursed instantly. Tax withholding on commissions, where applicable, is handled according to Indonesian rules.
