Request structured support services that complement the software with advisor-led execution on selected tax and entity matters.
The services module is where VillaTax connects software-supported workflows with advisor-led execution. Some tasks belong entirely inside the dashboard, payroll, bookings, compliance monitoring, tax journal entries. Others require expert human work that the software can support but cannot replace. Rather than forcing those requests outside the product into informal email threads or disconnected conversations, VillaTax exposes a structured service layer inside the workspace.
The module is available at Services module.
The current catalog is specific and intentionally limited. VillaTax offers five professional service types:
These are the live service types. The module does not offer open-ended consulting for any topic outside this defined set.
VillaTax's honest position is that not every problem is solvable through software alone. The tax and entity landscape for Indonesian property operations is complex. Legal form conversions, nominee situations, and full annual tax preparations involve decisions and documents that go beyond what any dashboard can automate fully.
The service layer acknowledges that reality. It says: here is what the software can do, and here is how to get expert help for what the software cannot do. That clarity is more useful to operators than a product that overpromises automation.
The additional benefit is context. When a service request comes in through VillaTax, the advisor has access to the same operational records (compliance status, fiscal setup, booking history, accounting data) that the client has been maintaining. That reduces the information-gathering phase and makes the advisory engagement more efficient from the start.
Requesting a service through VillaTax starts a structured interaction. The request is tied to the organization context, so the relevant records are associated from the beginning. The workflow captures the service type, the requesting organization, and any necessary context that helps the advisor understand the scope.
This is a request and coordination layer, not an instant-delivery marketplace. The timeline and format of each service depends on its type. A compliance audit involves review and a formal output. PT PMA setup involves legal and registration steps that take weeks. Annual tax return preparation depends on the state of the underlying records. The module creates the structured starting point for those engagements, not a guarantee of same-day delivery.
Services are most naturally triggered when software-side visibility reveals a gap that needs human resolution:
In each case, the path is: notice the issue in the software → use the services module to request expert support → continue with updated records after the engagement is complete.
Open Services module when a workflow inside VillaTax has surfaced a need that goes beyond what the software can resolve independently. Select the relevant service type, attach it to the correct organization, and provide the context the advisory team needs to begin. The more complete the underlying records in VillaTax are at the time of the request, the more efficient the service engagement will be.
