A planned audit-style log of employee actions inside VillaTax for operational traceability and later review.
Employee activity logs are planned as a timestamped record of actions performed inside VillaTax by team members. The purpose is operational traceability: helping administrators understand who changed what, when a sensitive action happened, and how staff activity moved through the workspace over time.
In a multi-user workspace, the absence of action logs creates real blind spots. A record that was changed cannot be easily explained. A task that was missed has no audit trail that shows when it was last touched. A handoff between staff members has no documented evidence of what was completed. When those gaps come up during a compliance review, a client inquiry, or an internal dispute, the team has no reliable way to reconstruct what happened.
Activity logs address this by creating a running record that does not depend on manual note-taking or email threads. The log exists as a system-level artifact, not as something any individual team member needs to maintain.
When this feature is released, it is expected to focus on:
The goal is operational traceability, not surveillance. The feature would answer legitimate review questions ("who updated this record?") not monitor team members in an invasive way.
This feature is not yet live. It should be treated as a planned capability rather than an available dashboard module. When released, it will be accessible to administrators through the relevant team or workspace settings area.
