About the role
Help us optimize occupancy and OTA channels. You will join our villa management team and play a key role in scaling VillaTax across Bali and Indonesia.
VillaTax is the compliance and operations platform for villa owners and managers in Indonesia. As Reservations & Revenue Specialist, you will optimize occupancy and OTA channels alongside a small, senior, international team.

What you will do
- Coordinate bookings, guests and staff
- Keep properties guest-ready
- Own owner reporting and P&L
What we are looking for
- Hospitality or property ops experience
- Calm under pressure
- Bilingual EN/ID preferred
Nice to have
- Experience in a startup or scale-up
- Comfort with ambiguity and fast iteration
- Indonesian market knowledge
