About the role
Help us handle support tasks that keep us moving. You will join our operations support team and play a key role in scaling VillaTax across Bali and Indonesia.
VillaTax is the compliance and operations platform for villa owners and managers in Indonesia. As Operations Support Associate (Remote), you will handle support tasks that keep us moving alongside a small, senior, international team.

What you will do
- Support daily operations across teams
- Spot and fix process bottlenecks
- Document and improve workflows
