About the role
Help us keep villa listings accurate and live. You will join our real estate team and play a key role in scaling VillaTax across Bali and Indonesia.
VillaTax is the compliance and operations platform for villa owners and managers in Indonesia. As Listings Coordinator, you will keep villa listings accurate and live alongside a small, senior, international team.

What you will do
- Source and qualify villa listings
- Build owner and agency relationships
- Advise on valuation and yield
What we are looking for
- Real estate or sales background
- Local Bali market knowledge
- Strong relationship skills
Nice to have
- Experience in a startup or scale-up
- Comfort with ambiguity and fast iteration
- Indonesian market knowledge
