About the role
Help us manage entities, NIB and permits. You will join our legal team and play a key role in scaling VillaTax across Bali and Indonesia.
VillaTax is the compliance and operations platform for villa owners and managers in Indonesia. As Legal Officer — Licensing, you will manage entities, NIB and permits alongside a small, senior, international team.

What you will do
- Draft and review contracts
- Advise on Indonesian corporate compliance
- Manage entity and licensing matters
What we are looking for
- Indonesian law degree or equivalent
- Corporate/commercial law experience
- Precise drafting skills
Nice to have
- Experience in a startup or scale-up
- Comfort with ambiguity and fast iteration
- Indonesian market knowledge
