Help us help clients succeed every day. You will join our customer service team and play a key role in scaling VillaTax across Bali and Indonesia.
VillaTax is the compliance and operations platform for villa owners and managers in Indonesia. As Customer Support Specialist, you will help clients succeed every day alongside a small, senior, international team.

What you will do
- Respond to client questions with care
- Resolve issues and follow through
- Turn feedback into product insight
What we are looking for
- Empathetic, patient communicator
- Fast, accurate problem-solving
- Fluent English (more is a plus)
Nice to have
- Experience in a startup or scale-up
- Comfort with ambiguity and fast iteration
- Indonesian market knowledge
