About the role
Help us handle contracts and corporate compliance. You will join our legal team and play a key role in scaling VillaTax across Bali and Indonesia.
VillaTax is the compliance and operations platform for villa owners and managers in Indonesia. As Corporate Legal Counsel, you will handle contracts and corporate compliance alongside a small, senior, international team.

What you will do
- Draft and review contracts
- Advise on Indonesian corporate compliance
- Manage entity and licensing matters
What we are looking for
- Indonesian law degree or equivalent
- Corporate/commercial law experience
- Precise drafting skills
Nice to have
- Experience in a startup or scale-up
- Comfort with ambiguity and fast iteration
- Indonesian market knowledge
