Manage separate legal or operating entities and keep their properties, records, and fiscal context clearly scoped and separated.
The organizations module is the entity-level backbone of VillaTax. It lets users manage separate legal entities (Perorangan, CV, PT local, or PT PMA) with their own properties, staff, documents, accounting records, and tax context clearly scoped to each entity.
For users managing only one villa under one ownership structure, this may feel administrative. For users running multiple properties across different entities (an individual owner holding one villa as Perorangan, a PT PMA for another, a CV for a third) clean entity separation is essential. Without it, tax calculations bleed across structures, compliance becomes untrustworthy, and the financial picture loses meaning.
The organizations list is at Organizations. Creating a new organization starts at create a new organization.
Each organization record captures the entity's identity and fiscal context:
Each organization on the Organizations page displays its applicable tax obligations as clickable chips. These chips are not generic labels. Each chip links directly to the relevant module where that obligation is managed:
| Obligation | Module |
|---|---|
| PBJT | Compliance |
| PPh 4(2) | Reports |
| UMKM | Coretax |
| PPh 25 | Corporate Financials |
| PPh 26 (OTA) | OTA Commissions |
| PPN | VAT Invoices |
| PPh 23 | Expenses |
| BPJS + PPh 21 | Staff Declarations |
| LKPM | Reports |
| SPT 1770/1771 | Compliance |
| PBB/BPHTB | Property Valuation |
| PPh cession | Coretax |
The chip set shown for each organization is determined by its legal type, KBLI codes, and fiscal configuration. A Perorangan organization does not show corporate tax chips. A PT PMA shows different obligations from a CV.
You can manage multiple organizations under one VillaTax account. There is no limit on the number of organizations. Each organization maintains completely independent records for:
This separation is important. A booking in one organization does not affect the P&L or tax position of another. Compliance scores are calculated per organization. Exports can be run per organization or across the full account.
The active organization is selected using the organization switcher in the dashboard header. When you switch organizations, the scope filter updates and all module views (bookings, compliance, analytics, staff) refresh to show data for the selected entity.
Properties are created inside an organization. A property inherits its tax configuration context (legal type, fiscal setup) from the organization it belongs to. One organization can have multiple properties.
New organizations are created at create a new organization. The creation form captures 14 key fields including legal type, NPWP, NIK, KBLI codes, and address. These fields are required to correctly configure the organization's tax context from the start.
Do not create multiple organizations for the same legal entity to separate properties. Each organization should correspond to one distinct legal registration. Properties within the same legal entity should be added as multiple properties under a single organization.
Each organization has its own fiscal setup at Fiscal Setup. The fiscal setup stores the detailed configuration used by the tax engine, compliance module, and Coretax readiness checks. It builds on the basic identity data in the organization record and adds PKP status, fiscal nature, and PTKP context.
They are the internal scoping layer inside VillaTax that makes multi-entity management coherent within the product.
Start at Organizations and create your first organization with create a new organization. Complete the legal type, NPWP, and KBLI fields before adding properties or running tax calculations. Once the organization is configured, the obligation chips will show you which modules need attention.
