DJP Export

Overview

The export workflow at Export module is VillaTax’s structured handoff tool for downloading the records already stored in the platform. It is designed for archive, accountant review, and filing preparation. The safest way to describe it is as a data export package, not as a direct DJP submission channel.

VillaTax does not connect directly to Coretax for automated filing from this export flow. The user downloads the package and then uses it for internal review, accountant handoff, or manual filing work outside the product.

What the Export Page Does

The export page supports two practical modes:

• an account-wide export covering all organizations in scope
• an organization-specific export for one selected entity

That distinction is useful because some users want one complete archive, while others need a cleaner single-organization handoff for a client, accountant, or filing period.

What the ZIP Package Includes

The current export route is built around a ZIP package that combines structured records such as:

• bookings
• staff
• Banjar payments
• document registry data
• PBB-related records
• OTA commission data
• deductible expenses
• property valuations
• co-owner data
• director payment and withholding-related records where present

The export also includes a broader JSON-style account snapshot and a set of CSV files for specific data classes. That makes it more useful than a single flat spreadsheet because the recipient can inspect both grouped datasets and a wider structured payload.

Why It Matters

Tax and accounting work rarely happen from one screen alone. At some point the business needs to:

• archive a defensible data package
• hand structured data to an accountant
• review records outside the dashboard
• preserve supporting records in one exportable bundle

The export feature exists for that moment. Its value is not glamour. Its value is clean handoff.

Relationship to DJP Work

The feature can support DJP-related preparation, but the wording has to stay honest. The export is useful because it packages the source records needed for tax work. It should not be described as:

• a direct DJP upload
• a certified Coretax format
• an automated submission channel

The safe claim is that the export helps with filing preparation by gathering relevant data into a structured package.

Relationship to Other Modules

Export becomes useful only because the rest of the product feeds it:

• bookings provide revenue-side source records
• expenses and commissions provide cost-side evidence
• documents provide supporting archive material
• entity and fiscal modules provide broader filing context

This is why the export page matters. It is not a dead-end download button. It is a packaging layer for the operational and fiscal data already stored in VillaTax.

Limits

The export feature should be described conservatively:

• it is a handoff/export tool, not a filing engine
• it should not promise official DJP import certification unless verified
• it should not promise every accounting or tax report is bundled exactly as a formal filing schedule

Those limits are acceptable. The strength of the feature is that it preserves and packages the data in a reusable way.

Practical Use

Use Export module after the relevant period has been updated inside VillaTax:

• bookings reconciled
• major expenses recorded
• supporting records present
• organization data current

At that point the export becomes much more useful as a filing-preparation or accountant-handoff package than a partial snapshot taken too early.
